They are used to the hierarchical organisational structure, value stability and have a keen eye for quality and risks. Their approach is thoughtful, structured and based on years of knowledge and practical experience. Younger professionals have grown up in a time of rapid digital developments and flexibility. They enjoy working together and favour quick feedback and innovative solutions. Technology is a natural tool for them, and they find it normal to constantly optimise processes and try out new methods.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>A deal is a deal<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So far, so good. Because we do run into differences sometimes. For instance, the long timers always insist that agreements are there to be kept and that consistency is important for reliability. The young timers can combine this experience with their digital skills and use it to help the other generation. Traditional work processes then become more efficient and our organisation as a whole more agile.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Obstacle<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our secret is in working together. We respect each other and each other's differences and are all open to learning from each other. This is how we combine digital skills and flexibility with stability and strategic foresight.
