They enjoy working together and favour quick feedback and innovative solutions. So far, so good. Because we do run into differences sometimes. For instance, the long timers always insist that agreements are there to be kept and that consistency is important for reliability. The young timers can combine this experience with their digital skills and use it to help the other generation.
