From 1 February 2021, Xolv became part of Ecclesia Netherlands, which also includes Concordia de Keizer, EBC Netherlands, Veerhaven Assuradeuren, Gebr. Sluyter, Finance & Insurance and Sibbing Adviesgroep. The acquisition is in line with Ecclesia's strategy to provide its clients with the best possible advice in its chosen market segments in all areas, from risk management and employee benefits to claims handling.
Xolv is a specialist in credit insurance, financing and credit management with a focus on medium-sized and international companies. Xolv belongs to one of the
larger service providers in their field in the Netherlands.

Logical step

The acquisition leaves Ecclesia with around 375 employees in the Netherlands. These will continue to work at the various locations in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Veenendaal and 's-Hertogenbosch.
